To keep our prices low, we will ship your order the best way possible.

We use several different shipping companies (USPS / FedEx / UPS).

- FedEx & UPS do NOT ship to a PO Box or APO/FPO address, so please make sure you provide your physical street address.  Help us ship your order promptly by including your physical address at checkout. 

- If a physical street address is not available, we can ship via USPS - additional fees may apply; contact us for shipping quote to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses prior to ordering.  

- We ship Worldwide Please contact us for International shipping quote. 

- Local pick up is available with appointment only. 

Returns / Warranty

Purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs.  Refund is for the item price only.

- All NON-Defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Limited 12 Month Warranty does NOT cover:

- Any product which has been altered in any way, improperly installed, or not used for its intended purpose.

- Any costs associated with the repair or replacement of the product including labor, installation or other costs incurred by the purchaser, and in particular, any costs relating to the removal or replacement of any product that is affixed to another devise.

- Any damage to the product due to external causes, including accident, problems with electrical power, abnormal electrical, mechanical or environmental conditions, usage not in accordance with product instructions, misuse, neglect, alteration, repair, improper installation or improper testing. 

- CRT's obligation under this warranty is limited to a replacement of the defective product.

- Purchaser shall be responsible for shipping costs of the returned product.
